Galina Vankova has over 25 years of professional experience in corporate finance and organizational management. She has held key management positions in major international and Bulgarian companies, such as CFO and CEO, with responsibility for multi-million budgets and strategic projects.

She has extensive hands-on experience in financial management, business process optimization and transformation, building internal structures, and implementing top-tier ERP systems, including SAP, Navision, and MS Dynamics 365 Business Central and other.

She actively applies LEAN and AGILE practices to financial and administrative management, integrating these processes with overall business management, with a focus on efficiency and delivering real business value.
