She has a wealth of qualifications and experience in finance, as well as in the management of processes and organizations, and internal structure building. She has high-level language skills in English, IT skills, and rich experience in implementing top-class ERP - SAP and NAVISION, MS Dynamics Business 365 Central as well as other software applications.

Actively participating and leading various important and strategic projects.

She has a strong interest in implementing LEAN practices in financial and administrative management of companies, as well as integration with the entire business of the companies.

Radka Vasileva has over 18 years of professional experience in accounting, corporate finance, and organizational management. She has worked in large international companies in various accounting and financial roles, and in recent years, she has held positions including CFO, Chairman of the Audit Committee, and General Manager. She has managed multi-million dollar budgets.

Numerous qualifications and experience, both in finance and in the management of processes, teams, and organizations, and building internal structures. She holds an Executive MBA degree in Business Administration.

She has active participation and experience in managing various important and strategic financial and business projects.
